Return Policy for CASE GRUP İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.

At CASE GRUP İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@levleather.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted. Once you have received your RAN, please follow the instructions provided.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) arrive damaged or defective.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive the returned item(s).

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
